De-Stress Exam Cram Event

The Registered Student Organization team and the FSL team in collaboration with campus partners are programming a De-stress Exam Cram Event on Wednesday, April 19 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Kirkhof Center, Grand River Room (2250). Our hope is this space will be available for students to take a brain break from studying for finals.

The intention is to provide different activities led by various campus partners, giving students the opportunity to participate in a multitude of self-care or stress-relief practices. Some examples of activities students can engage in include: slime making, canvas painting & mocktails, coloring, DIY stress ball making, and more!

There will be FREE FOOD provided at this event. Additionally, the first 100 attendees will receive a De-Stress goody bag!

Please join us for an afternoon of intentional activities, education, and conversation surrounding wellbeing!
