Main Events Calendar Policy
All submissions are reviewed prior to approval by a system administrator and must adhere to the following guidelines.
All events must:
- Include a title, date, time, location, description, and contact (email and/or phone number)
- Be open to a general audience
- Have an affiliation to Grand Valley State University
Postings for office/department hours, services, or regularly available resources will not be approved.
Student Organization Events
Add your event in the events module via LakerLink. When you submit an event, select "Special Event" under category. This will automatically push your event to the Main Events Calendar for review. Regular weekly meetings or events with limited audience are not considered "Special Events".
Need to update an event?
If an event needs to be modified, submit a feedback form or email [email protected]. The Events Calendar is managed by University Communications and supported by the Web Team.
