Recreation & Wellness, University Libraries, and the Kaufman Interfaith Institute are hosting a week of Wellness events for Division of Student Affairs' Exam Cram.

Ongoing Events Available All Week during Exam Cram Wellness Week
- 8 Dimensions of Wellness Scavenger Hunt at your own pace December 4-8th. www.gvsu.edu/studentwellness/scavengerhunt
- Meditation Labyrinth and Mindfulness Space in the Library Multipurpose Room.
- Virtual break opportunities with a variety of meditation VR apps in the Library Exhibition Space.
- Quiet spaces in the Interfaith Reflection Rooms (Kirkhof 2243, DeVos Center 130B, CHS166).
- Open climb Mon, Tue, Thu 4-10pm and Fri 1-7pm at the Climbing Center in the Fieldhouse.
- Drop in gaming Mon-Fri 3-8pm and Sat-Sun 1-8pm at the Laker Esports Center.
- Puzzles available at the Center for Women and Gender Equity, Recreation & Wellness, Reset Room, and Library Multipurpose Room.
