Guided Labyrinth Walks

Join the Kaufman Interfaith Institute in a Guided Labyrinth Walk. A labyrinth is a single winding path from the outer edge in a circuitous way to the center. Labyrinths are used world-wide as a way to quiet the mind, calm anxieties, recover balance in life, enhance creativity and encourage meditation, insight, self-reflection and stress reduction.

The labyrinth will be available through December 14th in the Library Multipurpose Room (lower level) for use anytime.

Event hosted as part of Exam Cram Wellness Week: a partnership between Recreation & Wellness, University Libraries, and the Kaufman Interfaith Institute as part of the Division of Student Affairs Exam Cram.
