This interactive session will discuss operationalizing best practices in mentoring students across identities as they are engaging in undergraduate research. The major outcome for this session will be for participants to leave with the tools to establish a more inclusive and equitable mentoring philosophy/style.
Facilitated by Tim Raines, Emory University and presented by the Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarship (OURS).
