WGVU's new documentary, "ArtPrize: Rebooting the Conversation," takes a look at the unique two-and-a-half week event that took place in Grand Rapids in September and October, in which artists competed for a half million dollars in prize money. The event is seen through the eyes of the proprietors, artists, spectators, and critics, addressing issues from voting to venues.
