Business center at GVSU helping small businesses affected by COVID-19 with low-interest loans
The Michigan SBDC was asked to support Economic Injury Disaster Loans, a federal program that provides loans of up to $2 million for small businesses, and a state program to support businesses affected by temporary restrictions on the use of places of public accommodation.

West Michigan business center names new regional director
The West Michigan Small Business Development Center has named Ed Garner as its new regional director. Garner is responsible for resource development, coordination and management of the SBDC West Michigan Regional Office, which is located at Grand Valley State University.
