Campus Drive to open July 22
Campus Drive is set to open for traffic beginning July 22, three weeks ahead of schedule. Campus Drive has been closed since May 6 for construction to prepare for The Rapid's new Laker Line.

Laker Line receives federal funding, will offer more efficient travel between campuses
Grand Valley State University students and bus riders traveling between Allendale and Grand Rapids will have enhanced transportation options now that the Laker Line initiative has received federal funding. The new bus rapid transit (BRT) line will replace the current Route 50 connecting the Allendale Campus with the Pew Grand Rapids Campus and the Cook-DeVos Center for Health Sciences on the Medical Mile.
