All doors (main, side, etc.) unpropped / secured
Public area windows closed and locked
Common areas (lounge spaces, bathrooms, stairways, hallways, etc) checked for cleanliness and maintenance issues, windows closed/locked
Laundry rooms- (Washers/ Dryers doors open/space is clean)
Check for vandalism to bulletin boards, walls, hallways, public spaces
Take down old flyers/ advertisements
Promote upcoming events, programs to residents
Staff resource room (hold coworkers accountable to a clean/organized space, closed/locked)

Lockouts

Please record any resident names that were locked out and you had to "key" them into building/room. *
