This year, the Peter C. Cook Leadership Academy will focus on the following 6 competencies. These competencies are adapted from Dr. Corey Seemiller's research. Bringing people together in intentional ways to create an enhanced sense of group commitment and responsibility.
Conflict Negotiation
Finding common ground in a manner that is respectful to all parties involved in order to create a safe, respectful, and trusting environment.
