• The properties on Rent College Pads do not constitute approved housing or endorsed housing by GVSU. 
• GVSU does not inspect or offer any guarantee for the condition or quality of rental units listed.
• GVSU does not assume responsibility for the arrangement of rental contracts between individual tenants and landlords.
• All incoming first-year students are required to live on campus. Students must submit a housing contract or request and be approved for a housing exemption in order to be in compliance. Students are strongly discouraged from signing an off-campus lease/contract prior to confirming their compliance status.  Students not in compliance will be charged a Non-Compliance fee, equal to traditional style housing and base meal plan.
