This process has moved to Workday

If you were hired on a 9-month contract, you will have the option to elect for your pay to be distributed over a 12-month period at New Faculty Orientation on August 8, 2024. The form to complete this election has moved to Workday for the 2024-25 academic year and is currently not live.

Please note:

• You may not change this election at any other time during the year.
• This does not apply to faculty who were hired for the fiscal year (12-months). 
• If you do not make a selection, your pay will default to the 9-month option
