Some HR functions have a self-service option and may be resolved directly by the employee. Review the self-service items below.
Health Insurance
The following functions may be completed within the Priority Health portal:
- Order replacement or additional Plan ID card
- Print temporary Plan ID card
- Coverage, claim, and reimbursement questions
- Submit claim reimbursements
- Precertification requests
- Track your deductible
- Find a doctor or hospital (in and out of network options)

Health Savings Account
The following functions may be completed within the HealthEquity portal:
- Track your balance and contributions
- Order HSA card
- Claim and reimbursement questions
- Submit claim reimbursements
- Access list of qualified medical expenses

Prescription Coverage
The following functions may be completed within the Caremark portal:
- Confirm prescription coverage

- View prior authorization requests

Retirement accounts may be closed/rolled over via direct contact with TIAA (800-842-2776) or Fidelity (800-343-3548).
