The National Alumni Career Mobility (NACM) survey, initiated in 2019 by the Career Leadership Collective and now part of Lightcast, gathers alumni insights on career satisfaction, economic mobility, and community engagement five and ten years post-graduation. By analyzing key themes such as career preparation, institutional investment, and equity gaps, NACM provides actionable strategies to enhance alumni outcomes and strengthen return on investment for participating institutions.
