Description Example

Nomination for Louie the Laker

Louie is a natural-born leader. As president of Squirrel Watching Club, he really went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and at home when I first came to Grand Valley. He handles all of our team’s finances, social media promotions, and always leads by example. This year, he planned and hosted our first ever Regional Squirrel Watching Convention. We would not have been able to host this even if it hadn’t been for Louie’s leadership, organizational skills, and determination. He constantly encourages us to work hard and get better at squirrel watching, and he’s taught me what it means to be a Laker.
