Our Physical Therapy hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6pm

Our services are here to help those with lingering injuries specializing in more 1-on-1 care. Common injuries include sports injuries, strains, sprains and tears, neck and back issues, or any other lasting injuries.

Meet Our Physical Therapist:

Mark Sulavik Jr. Physical Therapist

Mark is a physical therapist and athletic trainer for Trinity Health, operating a physical therapy clinic in the Fieldhouse on Grand Valley State’s Allendale campus. Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in athletic training and doctorate degree in physical therapy at Grand Valley. He specializes in working with athletes and returning them to full competition after injury and surgery. He has experience working with professional, collegiate and high school athletes. In his free time he enjoys playing soccer, golfing running, backpacking, and snowboarding.
