Holistic, Intersectional, and centered on social justice

 

Creating a ripe learning environment, meaningful relationships and a comprehensive strategy provides a strong foundation for advancing social justice efforts in people, organizations and communities. We execute our work within an intersectional social justice framework that motivates the critical thinking necessary for creating change. As such, we create the conditions that allow holistic learning. We create space where participants can bring their multiple, intersecting identities, recognizing how important they are in understanding how they view their neighbors and the world around them. We engage with dissonance as a healthy part of the educational process and stimulate a joy for learning in this challenging and important context.
