Committed to solving the talent needs of West Michigan, the Talent Link program is for students in their senior year. It connects them to these employer partners to build a strong connection throughout their senior year. As part of the Talent Link, you will:
$15,000
Receive an employer-sponsored scholarship of up to $15,000.
Certificates
Layer one of seven certificates such as Project Management, Applied Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, ERP, and others on top of your degree.
Network
Participate in a co-curricular cohort experience that builds your network of support and connection to your employee partner.
Opportunities
See the wide and varied opportunities available to you as a liberal arts and sciences student.
Internship
Participate in a market-rate paid internship (optional for credit) at the employer partner for up to 20 hours per week.
Job Offer
If the program is completed, receive a good-faith job offer from the employer partner after graduation.
