Math in Action Conference Registration

Registration Categories, Deadlines, and Costs
Math in Action 2025 will be offered in multiple modalities: you can attend this year's conference either in-person or online via Zoom. Please note that not all sessions will be available to online participants. We are working hard to bring you the same interactive, thoughtful, use-in-your-classroom-tomorrow sessions that you expect. Please see the Schedule and Sessions Descriptions below for more information.
In-person registration fees include lunch, onsite snacks and drinks, and SCECHs. Online registration fees include SCECHs only.
Early-bird registration ends Friday, January 31. After that, registration (at a slightly higher rate) is available until Monday February 17th at 5 pm. Online pre-registration will close after that. You can still register in-person when you arrive at Math in Action on February 22, 2025. Please plan to arrive around 8 a.m. to register.
Payment methods: You may pay by check or credit card. You will be sent to a web page with payment options after submitting the registration form.

No refunds: We are unable to refund conference fees after your payment has been submitted except in extenuating circumstances.

Schedule and Session Descriptions
Math in Action 2025 will be held on Saturday February 22, 2025 from 8:40 am to 3:30 pm Eastern time at GVSU's Allendale campus. In-person participants will have access to all sessions. Online participants will have access to only the sessions labeled "hybrid" (see the schedule below to view which sessions will be available).

SCECH Registration
Do you want to earn up to 5 SCECHs at Math in Action? SCECHs are "State Continuing Education Clock Hours" that can help you make progress towards renewing certifications or licenses. Most Math in Action sessions are approved for SCECH credit. For more information, see our SCECH Information page.
Math in Action is covering your SCECH registration fee! You can register for SCECHs at no cost, using the registration form.
