Artist Studio Specifics:
• Each space has roughly 210 square feet of semi-private space.
• Each space comes with locked storage, use of the loading dock and access to a community refrigerator.
• Members have access to the building wifi, printer, coffee and additional amenities.
• Art Studio memberships are $200/month

Artist Studio Policies:
• Artist studio is provided primarily for the creation of original art; it may not be used primarily as general office space
• Chemicals must be safely stored and labelled.
• Any equipment that produces vapors, fumes, dust, or powders must be reviewed and approved by the Hub prior to installation.
• Items requiring electrical or utility hookups that are not already provided in the space must be reviewed and approved by the Hub prior to installation.
• Artists may not reconfigure the space or move partitions.
• Artists must park in the front parking lot. Back parking spaces are reserved for service vehicles.
• Artists must insure all exterior doors are closed when they leave the studio.
