This four-part intensive bootcamp equips entrepreneurs with essential business foundations. Over three days of hackathon-style peer collaboration, participants are challenged to stretch their thinking and gain practical tools to bring their businesses to life.
What's Covered
PART 1: Discover
In this session, participants will understand their business model and how to refine it. We’ll cover: cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, building their business model using The CO.STARTERS Canvas, refining their model with customer discovery, and refining their model through starting small.
PART 2: Promote
In this session, participants will learn how to market their business. We’ll cover: building relationships through marketing crafting their message, choosing their marketing channels, and developing their “pitch.”
PART 3: Build & Launch
In this session, participants will dive into the basic building blocks needed for their financial modeling. We’ll cover: distributing their product or service, knowing their value (before they set their price), understanding their costs, and calculating a break-even point. Participants will finish the session by building momentum through goal setting, including setting priorities, identifying 30, 60, and 90-day milestones, getting SMART about tasks, and creating a plan + staying on track.
