Program Participation Requirements
All Minors who are involved in University-sponsored Programs both on and off Campus must provide a waiver or release form for participation in the program, medical treatment authorization, and use of photographs and other media by the University. All forms must be signed by a Parent, Legal Guardian, or Foster Parent prior to their participation in a Program.
Minors are to be held to the same standards of behavior expected of enrolled students, as described in University policies.
