Region 12 Science Olympiad 2025 Button Submission Form

Hello and thank you for taking the time to help us design this year's MSO Competition Button. 

Once we have all of the submissions, the Regional Math and Science Center staff will select the design which aligns with our guidelines and best represents the spirit of MSO. If you have any questions, please direct them to [email protected]. Please be sure all artwork fits within the boundaries of the button submission form template before making your submission.
If submitting a photo:

  • Make sure you have good lighting
  • All of your design is in the photo
  • The photo is not blurry
  • The photo doesn't have a lot of extra space around your design.

Designs that include the words Michigan Science Olympiad / Region 12 / 2025 / GVSU or Grand Valley State University will be given priority.

*Please note: all submissions must be submitted by January 8, 2025, 11:59 p.m.

After you submit DON'T THROW AWAY your design! Winners may be asked to resend it.

For the MSO Competition button, All submissions should be:

  • Creative
  • Original
  • Science related
  • Representative of all teams (not team/school specific)
  • Within template boundaries (green line)
  • Fun!
  • Include wording to indicate Michigan Science Olympiad (MSO) / Region 12 (R12) / 2025 / Grand Valley State University (GVSU)

Design Release *

By signing, I agree to allow the GVSU Regional Math & Science Center the right to reproduce my design as a button and use on marketing materials for the promotion of Science Olympiad.
