Nomination Instructions

  1. Deadline to nominate is Monday, January 6, 2025.
  2. You may nominate more than one student - you must fill out the form individually for each student.
  3. Before you nominate, please check with each of your nominees to make certain that the nominees can and will attend this event if selected.  
  4. We will notify high school directors of student acceptance by January 10, 2025.
  5. Please make sure that each accepted student practices his/her part diligently before the workshop.  Students who do not know their part may feel out of place.
  6. Cost: $25. Includes lunch, dinner, and T-shirt.
  7. Minors on Campus Program Release Form, COVID-19 Waiver, and payment due January 24, 2025. Link to these forms will be sent to those accepted.
