1. Tell us about your journey since graduation.
Since graduation in 2014, I moved to New York and directed the
operation of leadership programs for Pace University then moved back
to Michigan to now direct leadership programs for the University of
Michigan's Ross School of Business at the Sanger Leadership Center. I
have received my coaching certification and serve as a lecturer in
management and organizations. I live in Plymouth with my husband and
our son.
2. Share a favorite Grand Valley memory.
Being a part of the Cook Leadership Academy and being afforded
opportunities like speakers, mentors, self-development, and building
bonds with diverse peers. I now have the pleasure of giving back to
the program both financially and as a mentor.
3. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Don't ever stop learning.
4. List three words you would use to describe your Grand
Valley experience.
Immersive, real-world, and collaborative.
5. What difference would you like to make in the world?
To ensure that individuals, teams, and organizations know how to
unlock their unique strengths, gifts, and potential so that they can
bring good to the world.
