International Risk Assessment Committee (IRAC)
Overview
Intent
Padnos International Center, in collaboration with Risk Management, is requesting that GVSU create an International Risk Assessment Committee that will review important safety and security risks associated with university-supported international student travel. The committee will make recommendations to the Provost who will make final decisions balancing risks associated with international travel and institutional priorities. - International Education Committee Chair (Representing Faculty and Faculty Governance)
- Assoc. VP & Deputy General Counsel
- Asst. VP for Risk Management
- Dean, Brooks College (Representing Deans)
- Director of Public Safety/Chief of Police

- Associate Director, Director of Clinical and Crisis Services

Petition for Single Program Director
This form is to be submitted for review by the International Risk Assessment Committee to determine if a Faculty Led Program may travel with only 1 GVSU Faculty member. You are requesting an exception to GVSU's expectation that 2 GVSU faculty/staff members travel with each group.
After submission, your case will be reviewed by IRAC. You will be notified by Kate Stoetzner of the decision.
