Graphic Designer
Responsible for designing and printing a wide variety of materials that are used to promote campus events and more. Manage project deadlines and get experience working with clients and vendors.
Office Assistant (formerly Campus Posting Assistant)
Supports the Promotions Office through front desk management, administrative tasks, and campus posting.
NOTE: This position requires work-study.

Video/Photo
Camera Operator
Operates the camera and aids in production for a variety of video productions.
Cinematographer
Operates the camera and works as the director of photography for a variety of video productions. This position requires prior experience with lighting.
Photographer
Provides high-quality photography services including: marketing content, specialized event coverage, formal headshots, and high-end portraiture on a project-by-project basis.
Video Editor
Works to meet the advanced post-production and graphic animation needs of various client-based video projects. This position requires prior experience with After Effects.
Assistant Video Editor
Works to meet the post-production needs of various client-based video projects.
Production Designer
Oversees and directs the visual appearance of large scripted productions which includes: set dressing, wardrobe, and props.
Sound Mixer
Operates field recorders and various microphones on set during production and assist with audio editing when needed.
Video/Photo Project Manager
Works directly with clients as a producer to create videos that meet their unique needs for the campus community.
Assistant Video/Photo Project Manager
Assists with scheduling photo services, video pre-production, and office related work to accomplish projects that meet the unique needs of the campus community.
Marketing
Involvement Assistant (OSL Marketing)
Encourages students to get involved with the Office of Student Life (OSL) by tabling at events, leading presentations, and meeting with students throughout campus.
Great opportunity for marketing, advertising & public relations, or communications students, but open to any major! Perfect for students who are passionate about their student organization involvement.

Marketing Project Manager (Student Life Marketing)
Assists with marketing campaigns, helps strengthen and maintain the Office of Student Life brand, and collaborates on special marketing projects.
Social Media Assistant (Student Life Marketing)
Creates content for and maintains the Office of Student Life’s social media accounts.

Assists with the editorial process of content, creative development, and the management of the weekly Division of Student Affairs newsletter.
Writer (Student Affairs Marketing)
Assist with writing newsletter content and promotional copy encouraging students to attend events and utilize campus resources.
