Caring for Our Lakers: Integrated Student Success Initiative
The Office of the Provost is pleased to present the Integrated Student Success Initiative, a comprehensive approach to enhancing student experiences through coordinated academic policies. Rather than treating institutional policies in isolation, this initiative recognizes how various requirements collectively influence student outcomes.
In collaboration with multiple campus departments and student representatives, these educational modules address key policy areas that impact student success. This work aims to eliminate barriers to student success while maintaining academic quality and institutional effectiveness. The initiative emphasizes proactive intervention, cost reduction, improved communication, process transparency, and cross-departmental collaboration.
