Mike Eichberger joined the Office of the Provost as the School Partnership Specialist in July 2023.  He earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Master of Public Administration degree at Grand Valley in 2002 and 2007 respectively.

Prior to serving in this role, Mike worked in the Office of Admissions & Recruitment at GVSU for 21 years.  In that position, he helped coordinate First-Year Orientation, High School Dual Enrollment, and Telecounseling.  His portfolio included the recruitment of first-year, transfer, and adult learners.  During his Admissions career, Mike was responsible for recruiting throughout the central part of Michigan up through the Upper Peninsula.  He is very passionate about connecting with students and sharing with them the value of higher education.
