Eco-Friendly Posters

This year's posters are crafted from recyclable materials, contributing to a reduction in waste and environmental footprint. We prioritize using recycled materials whenever possible. They are also 100% recyclable.

Digital Promotion and Registration

• Electronic Advertising: We promote the event primarily through electronic channels to minimize paper usage and waste.
• Virtual Registration: Registration for the event is conducted virtually, reducing the need for paper forms and streamlining the process.

Reusable Supplies

Name badges are returned and reused annually. Promotional signage and displays are also reused reducing waste.

Paperless Approach

We adopt a paperless approach by eliminating paper handouts. All necessary information will be available on our website or at designated information stations throughout the event.

Sustainable Food Practices

• No Individually Packaged Items: We avoid individually packaged food and beverages to reduce single-use plastic waste.
• Compostable Food Items: All food items including plates, cups, and cutlery at the event are compostable, further supporting waste reduction efforts.
• Food Donation: Any remaining food will be donated to minimize food waste and support local communities.

Local Sourcing

We prioritize locally sourced food options to support local farmers and reduce carbon emissions associated with transportation.

Waste Management

Designated bins will be provided for proper waste sorting into landfill, compost, and recycling categories, ensuring responsible disposal, and recycling of materials.

The event venue is easily accessible by public transportation and bicycle, encouraging attendees to choose eco-friendly transportation methods.
