Wellness is a conscious, self-directed and evolving process of
achieving full potential. How do you actively pursue your wellness?
Each week I strive to take better care of myself than the last.
At the start of the week I ask myself what I want to do better this
week and then I make a plan to do it. For me, reaching your end goals
is all about the small achievements that motivate you along the way.
What do you do to take care of yourself when you are feeling
stressed or overwhelmed?
Making time for myself is my favorite way to reduce stress.
Taking time to get away from the computer and just read a book,
meditate, or even a quiet walk helps me feel calm.
What motivates you to be well and stay healthy?
Seeing results in myself motivates me to keep going and keep
making better decisions for my health! Learning to love yourself and
appreciate where you are in your health journey is so important.
