"I set a goal for myself at the beginning of the semester to go to the gym at least 3 times a week. I have learned how to manage my time to make it happen. In addition, my friends and I have a relay marathon over fall break and we have been training hard in the Rec Center.

Participating in Recreation & Wellness programs allows me to take a break from studying and enjoy a run around the track or a cardio workout downstairs. I also love cheering on my friends at IM games.

Being within walking distance of RecWell programs and services has made it so easy to quick get a workout in, even with a crazy schedule. It is important to weave healthy actions into our lives as college students and I use the recreation and wellness center to do so."
