Wellness is a conscious, self-directed and evolving process of achieving full potential. How do you actively pursue your wellness?
Recognize what I am feeling and act on it. Do something everyday to keep me busy and not only focusing on everything going on.

What do you do to take care of yourself when you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed?
Journal, be sure to spend time outside, and remember to not worry about the things you can't control.

What motivates you to be well and stay healthy?
Looking forward to my future and knowing I want to be in the best shape for it!
