"I have never been an athletic person. I danced almost my whole life but was never good at sports. Taking group exercise classes makes me feel good and gives me a way to simply exercise without the sports aspect and judgement of others! I participate in group exercise because it is a great way to be involved and stay healthy. I enjoy how the instructors design a workout for you, because I would rather have someone guide me in my workout and motivate me than do it on my own. It makes me feel involved in campus life and makes me feel like I accomplished something after working out at a group exercise class."
