How do you actively pursue your wellness?
I try my best. At school my roommate and I would go to the gym
from time to time to get more active. It genuinely helped relieve our
stress and anxiety. I eat pretty healthy and try to take breaks from
the busyness of life.
What do you do to take care of yourself when you are feeling
stressed or overwhelmed?
I play videos games or go outside. I take little breaks that help
divide up my day to keep me productive.
What motivates you to be well and stay healthy?
The good feeling I get when I eat healthy or workout.
