How do you actively pursue your wellness?
I pursue wellness by having a routine and keeping myself on track with all the different aspects of wellness.

What do you do to take care of yourself when you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed?
My favorite things to do when I'm feeling stressed or overwhelmed are yoga, going on walks, and painting or drawing while listening to my favorite music. It also helps to force myself to hang out with friends, even if I feel like being alone.

What motivates you to be well and stay healthy?
I've found a lot of overlap between my physical and mental health, and I find that working out makes me much happier. Even though I don't always enjoy exercising, I know it will make me feel better in many ways, and I owe it to my body and mind.
