How do you actively pursue your wellness?
There are 2 quotes that I try to apply in my life to things both
big & small.

activity but in doing it." - Greg A.
I like to think that if
I'm not having at least some fun doing things like mowing the lawn or
getting kids ready for school, I'm doing it wrong.
What do you do to take care of yourself when you are feeling
stressed or overwhelmed?
I exercise. Preferably outside.
What motivates you to be well and stay healthy?
Not only is it important for me to continue doing the things I
like (climbing, biking, running) but I also want to be a good role
model for my kids so they develop good habits as they grow up.
