Wellness is a conscious, self-directed and evolving process of
achieving full potential. How do you actively pursue your wellness?
By eating healthy, trying to practice hygge, getting outside in
nature, seeking mental health resources, exercising daily, and taking
time for myself.
What do you do to take care of yourself when you are feeling
stressed or overwhelmed?
I workout every morning to help center me for the day. If I feel
overwhelmed outside of that, I usually try to read, light a candle,
lay in bed, or watch something comedic on the Roku.
What motivates you to be well and stay healthy?
I have a lot of health issues in my family tree and prevention
through healthy eating and exercise is one of the best ways to help.
Also the motivation of living a long and fulfilling life with my partner.
