"Campus Rec has impacted my time at Grand Valley. It has allowed me to relieve stress, get healthy, stay in shape, and connect with my best friends through working out. Campus Rec has also given me the opportunity to express my creativity through a graphic design/ marketing internship. They have provided an engaging and productive environment to learn, ask questions, and grow as a student employee. Whether it has been in the gym or behind a desk, without Campus Rec, I would fall short of both my health and career goals. I REC because the people and opportunities here bring out the good in me."
