"I unplug because I enjoy being free of distractions and keeping life simple. I avoid most forms of social media that I tend to waste time on and do my best to limit others. It helps me to be more productive with the little free time I do have. It also allows me to be happy with the life I’ve chosen to live by not comparing myself to the perceptions of dream lifestyles we are bombarded with on social media."
