How do you actively pursue your wellness?
When it comes to wellness, I love to be proactive and listen to
my inner thoughts and feelings. I make sure to practice self care and
fuel my body with nutrients daily. Self care to me is taking care of
my skin with beauty products, listening to a self help podcast, and
sometimes just disconnecting from social media with Netflix in bed!
What do you do to take care of yourself when you are feeling
stressed or overwhelmed?
When I am feeling anxious or overwhelmed I try to reach out to a
close friend or family member to have connection and conversation.
Going on a walk with my dog. Starting a DIY or craft. That always
helps me take my mind off of stressful situations!
What motivates you to be well and stay healthy?
I am motivated by education and others. Staying up to date with
health topics and wellness is important. Seeing others practice
wellness always gives me the kick I need as well!
