Wellness is a conscious, self-directed and evolving process of
achieving full potential. How do you actively pursue your wellness?
I pursue my wellness through cooking and seeking out new ways to
manage my stress and find things that bring me happiness.
What do you do to take care of yourself when you are feeling
stressed or overwhelmed?
I like to explore new recipes and get creative with what I cook.
I find that cooking helps me relax and also allows me to eat healthy.
I also enjoy reading and listening to music to help relieve stress.
Taking a break from my responsibilities helps me put my problems into
perspective and clears my mind.
What motivates you to be well and stay healthy?
My friends and family motivate me to be healthy. I also think
about my health goals in the long run. I know that all the small
things I do to stay healthy now will benefit me later in life and
allow me to make the most of the time I spend with the people I care about.
