What is your favorite Seidman memory?
My favorite Seidman memory would be joining Delta Sigma Pi and making lifelong friendships with my peers. I always saw a familiar face in the classroom, and this helped me feel like I belonged at Grand Valley.

Our building namesake – Bill Seidman – exhibited many desirable traits of a leader such as innovator, integrity, curiosity and future-minded. How did your experience at Seidman help you develop one or more of these traits?
My time in Seidman has helped to develop my curiosity and to strive to learn more. My professors always taught us to understand the "why" behind everything we were learning, and how we can apply what we are learning into the real world and to never stop learning new things.

What would you like people in the community to know about Seidman graduates like you?
I think people in the community should know that Seidman graduates are intelligent students with a strong desire to be leaders in their field. Seidman graduates work well in a team environment and will continue to strive for improvement in whatever they do.

What is your career aspiration?
My career aspiration is to continue to work hard and excel at whatever company I work for. Eventually, I want to become a financial planning expert and become a top executive of a company that I love to work for.

How did your time at Seidman College prepare you to contribute to your community as a Laker for a Lifetime?
Throughout my time at Seidman, I have had extensive leadership opportunities, public speaking, and group projects which have helped shape me into a more confident individual who feels ready to take on this new phase of life. Seidman challenged me to always put forth my best work and never accept anything less. I feel ready knowing that I can persevere through challenging times and will continue to sport my Laker pride for years to come!
