Katie Gardella

Katie Gardella is a junior majoring in writing and minoring in
english. She currently is a reader for Fishladder, an e-board member
of Book
Club, an e-board member of In
the Margins Poetry Club, and is the President of Anchored
in Poetry.
By being a part of Anchored in Poetry, Katie has made lifelong friendships, discovered herself to be a poet, and has found amazing opportunities such as traveling to Texas for the College Union Poetry Slam Invitational. She has been able to connect more deeply with her major, finding a passion for sharing her words with others and finding her own voice. Her experiences have helped her find herself, and she couldn’t be more thankful!
