Eligibility Criteria

1) Applicants must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for participation in the program they are applying to.

2) Applicants must be accepted by PIC for study abroad.

3) Students must file a FAFSA.

4) Applicants with an expected Family Contribution (EFC) of more than $25,000 will not be eligible for a partnership grant.

5) There are a designated number of grants for each program. If there are more applicants than grants available , decisions will be made by the PIC Grant Review Committee. Considering both the strength of a student's study abroad application as well as a student's financial need.

6) Students who apply by the priority deadline will AUTOMATICALLY  be considered for the Partnership Grant . After which awards will be subject to available funding.

7) Students who are awarded other PIC funding (i.e. Murray Scholarship, Padnos Scholarship) may not be awarded a Partnership Grant.

8) Students are not eligible for both the Study Abroad Grant and the Partnership Grant. Partnership Grants may be awarded at a level higher than what is listed above based on a student's financial need.

* Students who receive the JASSO Scholarship will not be eligible for the Partnership Grant.
