Coursework |
Students admitted to this program will count up to 12 credits of graduate work in partial satisfaction of the requirements for the undergraduate degree, and may count towards both the B.S. and M.S. degrees. Students are encouraged to meet with their graduate program director to ensure all requirements are met. Since the master's degree in data science and analytics is a
Professional Science Master's (PSM) program, four credit hours at the
graduate level involve an industry internship experience. ![]() |
Students may choose four courses to dual-count toward the B.S. and M.S. degrees, up to 12 credit hours total. Students are encouraged to work with the graduate program director and their advisor to ensure all requirements are met.
Registration for 600-level courses is to occur only after acceptance into the combined degree program. ![]() |
The combined degree is for the research concentration only. All undergraduate university requirements, including general education courses, must be completed before the final (graduate) year of the combined B.S./M.H.S. program. In the final undergraduate year, students will take 12 to 15 credits of graduate-level courses. If any courses are dual-listed, students must complete all assignments as expected of graduate students. |
