Alumni Relations is unable to cover the cost of alcohol, purchase of technological equipment or entertainment/sporting tickets.

The "Sample Budget Template" should be used as a tool to estimate project expenses. When making budget projections, please understand that the Grant amount awarded will be the maximum amount in which we are able to reimburse.

Funds will not be transferred external to the university. Instead, Alumni volunteers will be reimbursed after the submission of invoices/receipts within the "Alumni Engagement Grant Impact Report."
