AOD Education Sign Up for Greek Life
The AOD Services office collaborates with Office of Student Life to ensure each GVSU Fraternity & Sorority is provided AOD education around responsible choices and peer accountability. The one-hour presentation will be designed in an interactive way and can include specific topics that the organization would like to cover.
Please select ALL time slots that work for your group below and an AOD Services staff member will contact you to find a date at the requested time. This date will be provided at least one week prior to the event. If the times listed below do not work for your organization, please provide alternative times in the Special Requests box before.
It is the responsibility of the requesting party to secure an appropriate location for the education program. The location should take into account noise levels and space needs including seating, projector screen, and computer (or computer connection). Any cost associated with the program (technology, location, etc.) is the responsibility of the requesting party.
Please ensure that all organization members are aware of the event and will be attending. It is furthermore the responsibility of the requesting party to introduce the speaker and prepared participants to give their attention and engagement for the duration of the program. Room setup will need to occur at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and at least 10 minutes after the program ends for evaluation and questions.
