1. Tell us about your journey since graduation.
GVSU has provided me with a solid base for the last 53 years of my life and especially my career. GVSU provided me with a solid in-depth education that has served me well as I traveled from one career to another. GVSU taught me critical thinking, sharing experiences with others, and valuing diversity.

2. Share a favorite Grand Valley memory.
The thrill of being on a new campus where Vietnam protests were as accepted as the traditional West Michigan values. Most important though is meeting my wife and developing lifelong friendships.

3. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Keep learning and stay active!

4. List three words you would use to describe your Grand Valley experience.
Fun, Informative, and Meaningful

5. What difference would you like to make in the world?
I have been fortunate to have been able to make a difference over the years, yet I don't plan on stopping now, especially when it comes to working for peace in the world and acceptance of all people and faiths.
