Analysis of the political, social, economic, and cultural history of women in American society from the colonial era through the present. Topics include domesticity, suffrage, health, employment, race, war, and feminism. Offered winter semester, even-numbered years. Prerequisite: HST 205, HST 206, or junior standing.
